How to play Guess Who Icebreaker game?

The basic idea, everyone will be graded of their ability to observe and identify facts about others in the group. Prior to playing the game, make sure to get one little-known fact from each person involved in the game. It can be about their life. Make a list of all the facts on a dry erase board, overhead projector or powerpoint and get ready to start the game. Each participant will need a pen / pencil and some paper.

Explain that the object of the game is to first socialize and mingle with the group and try to guess who each of the secrets belong to. You may want to set a time limit, but if everyone is having a good time getting to know each other, this limit doesn’t need to be strict.

Once everyone is finished writing down their guesses for who each fact belongs to, collect them and “grade” them to find out who has the most correct guesses. While you do, you should go around the room and have everyone reveal their secret.

After the winner is announced, they can be given a small award, if you would like.
