The one step water balloon Toss game rules
Here’s how to play: Divide the kids into pairs. Have them stand about 3 feet apart. Each pair is given 3 water balloons of the same color. One child tosses a water balloon to their partner, counts to 1, and takes a step backwards. If the balloon breaks, they can get another balloon. The partner catches the balloon, counts to 2, tosses the balloon back to their partner, and takes a step backwards. With every throw, and with every step, the game gets more challenging. Balloons will be breaking, bouncing, and splashing. A water balloon will usually pop when it hits the other team member, or it falls onto the ground. Kids will be laughing and having a great time. If the water balloon falls to the floor and doesn’t break, they can pick it up and continue playing. The players will continue throwing until only one team is left standing with an un-popped water balloon.
Note: The last pair of kids with an unbroken balloon is the winner.
