How to play “You crack me up”
Most games you play against one another are a race. You speed up and try to rush and get to the end result faster than everyone you are playing against… NOT THIS TIME!
During this game you and your party guests are actually going to slow down and want to be as gentle as you can possibly be, yet slightly aggressive at the same time. And as odd as it may seem, that in it of itself can actually be quite a challenge sometimes.
Before your guests arrive you will want to make sure you hard boil enough eggs for each person to have one egg each. Taking the time to color dye them to give them an extra Easter themed look will only add mored life, color and zest to your party should you choose to do so. Your guests will be sure to appreciate it as well since these eggs will actually be able to be eaten and enjoyed after this game is over.
Give yourself plenty of prep time as you are going to want to give these eggs for this game time to get good and cold. However, you can also save yourself some time, money, fridge space and prep work by asking your guests to bring their own cold hard-boiled egg to use for this game when you send out your invites if you would like.
When it is time to begin the game, pass a beautifully colored hard-boiled egg out to each one of your party guests. Everyone will then need to be paired up. On the count of three the partners will then gently tap each other’s eggs together and see whose egg shell does not crack!
Anyone who has an un-cracked shell will then advance to the next round. This process continues until there is only one person left with an un-cracked egg shell!
In order to win this game, you must be the last person left standing with an un-cracked egg shell.
